That would be an issue to discuss perhaps on the kde-devel mailing list - it's
not reasonable for Konversation to override the KDE defaults. Although as a
user, you can of course easily change the shortcuts either in Konversation or
globally.

(And I'm not sure why Ctrl+Alt+Tab does anything for you btw, it doesn't here.)
