Thanks Eike Hein for the information. Truly useful for people not used to the
KDE defaults. 

I still think there is a usability issue for people who are used to using
CTRL+TAB and CTRL+ALT+TAB for switching back and forth between tabs (generally
used with browsers). We should either make both work or none. If it only works
one way, it is going to confound the user.
