"Resolved" means, there is no further work to be done by KDE developers in this
bug tracker.

This is either because the bug is fixed by KDE developers, or has to be fixed
elsewhere. If you want your distribution to supply newer Qt versions, please
report this to the bug tracker of your distribution.
