I see you have added a Tango theme to Konversation

If that is using icons from the actual Tango theme then it will be
under the CC licence.  Our policy requires icons to be under LGPL 3

If you want an exception to that you should ask on kde-core-devel.  CC
licences cause problems to our downstreams, notably Debian.  In any
case non-standland licenced files should be clearly marked.

Have you considered asking our artists for a theme?  If you have in
the past you could try again, they're quite responsive these days.
