SUMMARY
Unnecessary delay between holding "New Tab" tool button and seeing Konsole
profiles.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click "New Tab" (on the Konsole toolbar) and hold LMB.

OBSERVED RESULT
The list of profiles appears after a delay of ~1s.

EXPECTED RESULT
The list of profiles should appear immediately. This would be consistent with
how the "Split View" tool button works (it shows the drop-down menu
immediately, even before I release LMB).

Rationale: Don't waste a whole 1s of user's time.
