SUMMARY
Inconsistent placement of menu item "Show Menubar with All Actions":
 * When menubar is visible, the action "Show Menubar" is under "Settings"
 * When menubar is hidden, the action "Show Menubar with All Actions" is under
(burger menu) -> "More".

I think the menu item should appear in the "Settings" menu in both cases.
