Latest update broken: urgent

Good afternoon,

The latest update of Konsole is broken (24.05.2). I can't start any
applications from it (e.g. stuff as simple as gedit), my aliases from the
.bashrc script don't run, the ~/ home directory no longer works, and my
profiles are lost.

I really need to use Konsole above other terminals due to my need for a
striped background to guide my eyes (this is the only console I can set a
background image on). Please let me know how to fix this or reverse to a
previous version of Konsole immediately.
