url hints not showing for https:// urls

SUMMARY

Url hints shortcuts are broken. Url/files numbering is inconsistent most of the
time and pressing key combinations + the corresponding number doesn't work or
opens a link assigned to another number.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press Ctrl+Alt or the key combination for displaying url hints as per your
konsole profile
2. Also press the number assigned to the url/file you want to open 
3. Wait for the corresponding url/file to open in your application

OBSERVED RESULT
Most of the time pressing the key combination doesn't do anything or opens an
url assigned to another number.
Furthermore urls are not referenced to any numbers when there are also hints to
local files.
