Thanks for the info. Moving a split back does work indeed. I didn't see those
buttons, because in my icon scheme they are not visible … :/
(These are the first (and only so far) buttons where I observed a problem.)

The split also works, but getting there is quite advanced. I would've never
even thought of making this move like that. ^^
