T10755: Unifying Applications' release versions

  e.g. Kate and KWrite did switch a long time ago to the application version numbers.
  
  Two main reasons:
  
  1. I forgot to update the own versions "very very very" often.
  2. It was highly confusing as people talk about version x in most cases without large differentiation about KDE applications, application, frameworks, ... Less numbers, less confusion ;=)
  
  But that is only my opinion ;=)
