D7354: Use standard KDE ctrl+pgup/pgdn shortcuts for switching tabs

Why? To be consistent with the global shortcut used through KDE programs. Consistency is important; it lets users make usr of their existing muscle memory so they don't have to learn new shortcuts.
I understand that changing the default will entails some irritation for users who are used to it and haven't already changed the shortcut themselves, but it's a one-time thing for them, with an ongoing benefit for everyone going into the future.
Also, these shortcuts are user-changeable, so it's not like in the GTK world where what we decide to do may irritate some users forever with no recourse.
