Hi,

I have been using combining keys (i.e., " + <space> = ", " + e = ë, ...) for as
long as I remember. I honestly don't remember if I ever configured KDE this way
or if it's standard.

Since my upgrade from Kubuntu 14.10 to 15.04 the ", ', ~, etc keys no longer
work in Konsole. They do still work in all other applications.

Any idea what could cause this?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. press "
2. press <space> (or any other character which can be combined)
3. nothing happens

Actual Results:  
nothing

Expected Results:  
" should appear
