When changing the KDE color theme, it gets applied to all other parts except
the tab bar and the scroll bar. The themeing will be applied correctly after
restarting Konsole.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Konsole, open some tabs if you want
2. Change color theme from system settings
