Ctrl+Shift+T => T is latin symbol

More shortcuts don't work: Ctrl+Shift+C and etc. I've found that some shortcuts
of another applications don't work. For example, krunner search panel doesn't
appear if I set its shortcut to Win+R. So, this bug should be moved to
upstream.
