first of all i thank you.....
the massegge says that there is a fatal error because the program can't find
the device.
On another app , 
yast i find snort and says that has not permissions from the owner:what i can
do???

I doubt that has anything to do with konsole. It generally should be 
a
configuration problem of your system, or the wrong usage of that app, or the
lack of enough permission. 

What does the error message 
say? Does the problem occur only in konsole? If you
try it in other emulators(say, xterm or gnome-termianl), does it work or not?
