Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Go to Settings -> Manage Profiles and set a shortcut for a profile. Now close
the window and go Manage Profiles again. You will see the shortcut is gone.

Actual Results:  
Shortcut is not remembered or perhaps not even set (? don't know)

Expected Results:  
I would have expected to choose a shortcut and use that shortcut to switch to a
different konsole profile.
