Hi,

in konsole there is a Settings -> Configure profiles which lists the profiles.
That list (yes, when "Show in menu" is ticked) is never showed in any konsole
menu.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Go to Settings -> Configure Profiles and make sure the profiles are "ticked" in
the "Show in menu" column. Now they don't show up in any menu.

Actual Results:  
The profiles are not shown in any menu.

Expected Results:  
I would have expect them to show up in the Settings menu or in a "new"
"Profiles" menu. Or perhaps even in the View menu.
