Sorry. I didn't mean that the erroneous trailing space wasn't affecting you,
just that 'executing commands due to pasting many lines' is a related problem.
You are seeing that also, though on further thought I realize that in this case
you actually *want* all those lines pasted... so in your case, fixing the
"reckless paste" bug doesn't actually help.
