There are no callbacks between Konsole and the terminal application.  The
'window size' is a property of the pty connection between the terminal app and
Konsole.  When Konsole changes this a signal will be sent to the terminal app
which the application may or may not respond to.

This conversation reminds me that I did actually write a 'word wrap' patch for
Konsole some while back which allowed word wrap to be enabled/disabled via a
checkbox in the UI.  This is not quite what the report asks for but it would be
