[Konsole-devel] Text selection w/ mouse-aware apps

I'm not sure about being a guru but I did write most of the code for
Konsole/KDE 4.  I had a quick look through the relevant section of the
code but I didn't see anything obvious.  If I can reproduce the
problem then I'll be able to fix it.  I did notice that Kubuntu played
around with a text selection patch which was added to KDE 4.2.1 and
removed in 4.2.2 but it isn't immediately clear what the patch does.
Since it was removed I don't think it should matter.
