That's not important - we're interested in ideas and concepts here.  The actual
implementation doesn't matter too much at the moment.  If you had something
working and you wanted to make a big push for it to be adopted then
implementation would be important.  Something like a terminal lends itself well
to a core/ui split where the core is cross-platform and the UI is written in
one toolkit or another - that's effectively what we have with existing Unix
terminals.
