In the new konsole, when you right-click over a url, you are presented with the
option to "Open Browser Here" with the dolphin icon shown. See screenshot:

But instead of opening the dolphin browser at the url, another konsole window
is opened. It certainly doesn't open dolphin... Let me know if you need more
