[Konsole-devel] Patch review process

Hi Sascha,

reviewboard.kde.org is the correct place for patches to be posted for
review and konsole-devel at kde.org is the place for discussion. Actual
development of Konsole has not been that active of late and as you
notice, there is quite a backlog of patches for review on reviewboard,
most of which were recently taken from various bug reports and posted
on reviewboard to consolidate them in one place. Anyone is welcome to
test and post reviews on the patches. Some of them are quite large
and make important changes to the internals (like the Thai character
support patch) or UI changes so they are waiting for me to sign off on
them but this isn't necessary for smaller fixes.

Regards,
Robert.
