If you apply my code change and also change the bundled colorscheme files to
say Bold=true for the "Intense" colors, then the result will be that users get
bold by default but can switch to the old 3.5 behavior by changing the
colorscheme to have Bold=false for the Intense colors.  Of course, if you'd
like to add a "Bold" checkbox to each of the colors in the grid in the UI,
that'd be fantastic.
