I plan to do this.  I have written the code for it as well, I haven't committed
it yet though.

Your patch doesn't do what it says on the tin though, it reverts to the KDE 3.5
behavior where the RE_BOLD attribute is ignored, which is fine if that is what
you prefer but I think the defaults in KDE 4 work better for most users.
