Hello,

I'm using mc frequently. Konsole from kde 4.1.3 does not support the shortcut
Ctrl + PgUp to move to the directory level above in the current tree. Example:
In old konsole (kde 3.5.10) or xterm this used to work: Being in /usr/local the
shortcut Ctrl + PgUp moved the directory to /usr.
