I am trying to save scrollback output. 
I click on "Scrollback" - > "Save Output..." and click on any existing file and
- OUCH! - the original file gets immediately overwritten!

I expect the clicked file name to appear in the filename field so I could edit
the filename. I don't expect it to be immediately overwritten.

I have lost an important file! It happens regardless of which global mouse mode
is enabled: single-click or double-click.
