I mean  when you open a konsole with KDE you are supposed to be able to use
commands that have been memorized (by default 1000 lines) by using up arrow key
! ; what else can it be as George would say ! ; that during a session and
between session ; this is supposed to parametrized with a menu option history
-> option -> choice between none | in number of lines | no limit

This was working on KDE 3 and is not on KDE 4 on Hardy or Intrepid.
