No.  Konsole has no way of knowing what the terminal's foreground process will do with the pasted input.

I would perhaps take Tom's suggestion one step further.  Instead of just asking the user if they want to accept the paste "as is" or cancel it, give the user the option of substituting another character (eg. a semicolon) in place of a new line.
