| The path problem also shows up when I start kword

| Everything seems to work until I try to print. Then
| the print process reports it can't find /usr/local/bin/lpr.
| When I start kword from a konsole session started as
| a login shell, kword printing works as expected.
|
| So how do I get the initial path used by KDE to be the
| path I specify in my profile?

This is not really Konsole related. You would have a better chance of getting
an answer on a kde user mailing list.

Since you are on a non-linux, you might try the kde-nonlinux ml.
