Reproduce:

1. Open konsole.
2. Type "ls -l" to get a directory listing.
3. Open new tab.
4. Switch back to first tab.

Configuration:

Font: Custom -> LucidaTypewriter, Regular, 11
Schema: Black on Light Yellow
Size: 80x40 (Xterm)

Always happens.  Switching tabs, the refresh is messed up.

Expected behavior:

Refresh properly when switching tabs in Konsole.

This bug is not to be confused with #71213, an entirely different issue.
