Summary: Tab titles should optionally reflect app-supplied titles
           Product: konsole
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Compiled Sources
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: konsole-devel at kde.org
        ReportedBy: kde at condordes.net

Version: (using KDE Devel)
Installed from: Compiled sources
Compiler: gcc 3.2.x
OS: Linux

It would be nice if, in a Konsole with multiple tabs, there would be an option to set the title of the tab to the app-supplied title.

For example, my shell is configured to throw up something such as "condor at deneb: ~" into the title bar, to reflect the current user/hostname/directory. It would be nice, in a Konsole with multiple tabs open, to be able to see which tab has which title. This way I could have tabs open on three different hosts which are all, say, monitoring syslogs, and be able to tell at a glance which one is which.

I know I can change the names of the tabs myself... but I'm lazy and it would be nice to have them pick up off the xterm title. ;)
