Do you think you can change the mouse-pointer shape when ctrl is pressed and 
the mouse hoovers over a URL? I also think it's not that clear that you need 
to press ctrl, especially since the link is also underlined if you don't have 
ctrl pressed. Maybe the link should only be underlined when ctrl is pressed?

Other than that it seems to work nicely.
