I noticed this bug wile trying to select some text while compiling some source code.  Basically, I scrolled up a tad in konsole so that text was being added below my window, but what was in the window was not moving.  I then tried to select some of this stationary text, but the selection area was mofified when new text was output making it difficult for me to make my selection.
