Subject: VIM colorscheme remains effective after quitting
From: trykde at rogers.com
X-KDE-Received: -24.103.250.162

Package:           konsole
Version:           KDE 2.2.1
Severity:          normal
Installed from:    Mandrake RPMs
Compiler:          Not Specified
OS:                Linux
OS/Compiler notes: Not Specified

Using a full-featured vim, enter the following in konsole:
$ vim foo.c
  :color evening (a feature of vim that in this case makes the font brighter)
  :q!

$
$

What happened is that after quitting vim, the brighter fonts remains to affect the konsole, until, say, a "ls" is executed.

VIM version:
VIM - Vi IMproved 6.0av BETA (2001 Sep 9, compiled Sep 10 2001 13:18:26) Compiled by dindinx at ke.mandrakesoft.com
Huge version without GUI.
