OS/Compiler notes: this bug exist in KDE 2.2.1 from RH7.2 distrib and 2.2.2 from KDE rpm for RH7.2

For reproduse:

0. Login KDE from user (not root)
1. Start Konsole.
2. Type su -
3. enter Your root password
4. run mc
5. press Ctrl-O
6. In command line type any characters, but not press Enter
7. Close Konsole using mouse.
8. Have Your CPU - 99% usage.
