[Konsole-devel] Cleaning up of kwrited hack

The following patch gets rid of the ugly cat-hack in kwrited.

Please review very carefully, I have no idea how kwrited is supposed to work 
and it doesn't seem to do much at all here actually (with or without this 
patch) but when I echo text into the pty it appears on the screen, so at 
least my changes seem to work.
