[Konsole-devel] Bug#45766: Kde_Beep_Beep.wav opened and never closed

OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.4.18
OS/Compiler notes: 

every time my Konsole beep,
i.e. when I press F1 key or CTRL-G,
the system open a new istance of the
file KDE_Beep_Beep.wav.

this may overflow (in rare case).
