According to this answer I got from Mark Nudelman, the problem really was in
less and not in konsole- or rather, the problem was in something called
"termcap" that I don't know how to change, but using the -X switch (the
solution in the FAQ) did work for me.
So thanks all for trying to help, I think this "bug" can now be safely
closed...

The problem is that less emits the "ti" and "te" termcap strings when it
starts & quits. In your environment, the "te" string restores the
screen to what it was before less started. One solution is to not
use -F, but that's probably not what you wanted to hear. See the FAQ
