Announce: a new snapshot

The new snapshot is ready.
You can find it at the usual place:

Highlights:
It is now based on kdelibs 3.5.1, so all enhancements of the new codebase are 
now available to embedded users.

Synchronous xmlhttprequests now work.

Painting issues when using Qt-embedded have been fixed.
