Qt/E 2.3.8 and Qtopia Phone Edition 2.0.0

Hi,

I'm trying to configure and build Konq/E snapshot 20030705 to run on
Qt/E 2.3.8 and Qtopia Phone Edition 2.0.0.

 

Running xconfigure with the switch: --enable-qt-embedded and/or
--enable-qtopia I get the following error:

  checking for Qt... configure: error: Qt (> Qt 2.2.2) (library qte) not
found.

 

Checking config.log I see the following:

/usr/bin/ld: skipping incompatible /root/Qtopia/qt-2.3.8/lib/libqte.so
when searching for -lqte

/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lqte

 

 

Questions for everyone:

1.	Is Qt/E 2.3.8 incompatible with Konqueror?
2.	Why is /usr/bin/ld looking for the library instead of
arm-elf-ld?
3.	Has anyone gotten Qtopia Phone Edition 2.0.0 working with
Konq/E?  If so, which configure switches should I use?
