Qt version !?

Current Qtopia and Opie uses Qt/E 2.3.x.
As far as the version that konqe needs, it depends on the source you are 
using. There is a version for qte/2 still, if you want to use that. But 
also some sources for qte3.

I recommend qte2, until qte4 comes out.
