Qt version !?

Hello All,
    I am puzzled here. What library are we linking against when building 
konq-e, qt 2.x or qt 3.x ? do we get to choose ? The FAQ and google seem 
to say diametrically different things, and so does the hard drive of the 
guy that (suposedly) compiled this thing before me (he has both, none 
working). Any clues ?

    I understand that 2.x is "better' as far as any practical metric 
(storage, performance) that I can think of, but, right now, I am only 
concerned with getting QT+konq-E+flash plugin running. Anyone doing 
that, please tell me which versions are you using.
