Subject: [konq-e] dcopidl not found

Hi, could someone please advise me.
I want to compile the 2003/12 snapshot of konq-e, which needs
a minimum of Qt 3.2.

I have compiled Qt 3.3.1, no problem.
However the configuration of konq-e stops with an error message
that it can't find "dcopidl".
I found out that this is a program in the kdelibs package.

My development system does not have kde, and I'm very reluctant to
install it. Note, my system is based on uClibc, and everything is
compiled for it. It's a minimalist system.

I have successfully compiled Scribus (a Qt desktop publishing app),
so I was wondering... does konq-e really need dcopidl to compile?
I have no idea what it does, so I don't know whether this is a
dumb question or not.

If I just have to have dcopidl, do I need to compile anything
else to satify the kdelibs package dependencies?

Any suggestions most welcome.
Regards,
Barry Kauler
