How to compile Konq-E? (problems with CVS/snapshot version)

make returned with an error:
make[5]: *** No rule to make target
`../../konq-embed/kdesrc/khtml/ecma/libkjs_html.la', needed by
`konqueror'.  Stop.

hmm, i used konq-e from cvs.
and i linked kdelibs-3.1 to kdelibs
made the configure script with make -f Makefile.cvs
and ran ./configure

can't get it working with that routine.
