Hmmm, the problem with clearing the modelToFileItemDict in
KDirLVI::fillFileList is that the function is called twice, once for the source
and once for the destination, and apparently the 2 are expected to get
aggregated. Let's see, I guess this won't be needed anyway if we can fix the
root cause.
