Well, the problem is that a module in trunk/KDE cannot depend on another
module there (exceptions are kde*libs), thats (AFAIK) KDE policy. A
runtime dependency is usually not so problematic because it can be
installed after first building the kdevelop and then it'll just work. So
its easier for people building themselves.
