Deleting empty account

Footer is correct: when a credit card account is created, there is a
question if you want to be reminded that a payment is due. If you
do not turn this option off it will create a scheduled transaction
for you with the account.

@Jack: maybe we should not only talk about a reminder but a scheduled
transaction here.
