Deleting empty account

Deletion is blocked if there is any reference to that account.  (I don't 
think a reconciliation counts, as that information is stored within the 
account entity itself.)  Are you sure the account is not referenced in a 
Scheduled Transaction?  Is there a starting balance in the account?  
(That is represented by a deposit transaction from a special account 
used just for that purpose.)
