Deleting empty account

I am attempting to delete an empty account which I had recently opened.  I
had placed around 2 dozen entries into this account with one
reconciliation.  I transferred all entries into another account. I could
not figure out how to remove the reconciliation so I re-ran the
reconciliation dialogue to get the amount to zero.

When I go into accounts and select this account the delete option is greyed
out.  I cannot find anything linked to this account.

How can I delete it?
